Nonstop Press is looking for high-quality book
for adults. We specialize in non-fiction. art, illustration, pop
culture, and art biography. When submitting a proposal, initial query
letter, or sample chapters, please remember that we may take up to a
month to get back to you. And please only send copies of your materials
(preferably disposable). Do not send us anything via email, or on disk.
A non-fiction proposal should include:
• Cover
letter, with a brief description of the project
• Proposal,
including outline, introduction, sample illustrations with captions,
and chapter (at least two chapters).
• Market
analysis of potential readership, with titles, publisher, dates of
similar books, and an explanation how your book differs from each.
• Author bio,
including publishing credits.
• A
self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of materials.
Please note, we do not publish fiction.
